Yesterday it was V-day here, so an upexpected extra holiday …

I spent whole day in front of the TV…..the idiot box..after buying this TV , I everyday think that I could have saved that amount in my savings or at least invested somewhere else.I really do not get anything to watch on nowadays..Every soap in different channels looks alike, talks alike..everybody ,every character is sooo negative that I feel OMG, how the characters are surviving without killing each other, in every soap every person at least has two extra marrital affairs, the mothers are aways sad and mother in laws the richest in the world with all designer dress & ornamnets…with that the Reality SHow..Madame Sawant is searching for a nice groom , so we all are supposed to watch her nakhra ( as if we all are mindless)..LOve is a war in other channel , where I really think censor board should do something, the girls & boys in that show made the “sweetest-thing-in-the-world-which -is -love ” so ugly that people will be scared to fall in love after watching that show…the whole concept in that show is love is nothing but sharing bed,touching,wearing small clothes,and making indecent,vulger comments with beep noise..:-) They are showcasing the youngisthan there, but whats about those youth, who are working 24*7 everyday to make some bank balance ,in this IT ?Shame on that channel. They show another reality show, where a certain lady try to look as much ugly as possible by her irritating scripted dialog  & her over-make-up..and we are supposed to understand that thats the realiy. A girl talks soo rubbish everyday in that show, but still none cut the show as a beep noise make our mind questioning after each beep :”Oh..what slang did she use?”..

In another channel , a married lady was supposed to give an “agni-parikhsha ” to prove the non-existence of the infidelity..:-)..thats how the channel are teaching modern indian women the earlier tradition…and we say we are changing..

Leaving from this topic, let me tell you my yesterday’s experinece. I watched all news channels yesterday..and everywhere the same news ( sometimes with a breaking tag, obviously not heart breaking!) ,same style of news reading..

“Now we just saw what Mr X, the candidate from South Bangalore is thinking about the change in the policy..Now lets talk about Cricket, in IPL yesterday Mr Shajrukh Khan has said…”..Mr X & I who really wanted to know more about his thought process did not get much time to know each other..:-)..the more importance was obviously how the Mr King Entertainer explained with all jhtakas about the IPL match..Its fun to watch him , just like some years back Guys loved to watch Mandira & her cricket commentry! lol..:-P

After some time the greatest reality show started..Every where the camera ,and the great degree holder journelist started..” We we are at the X locality of bangalore, and our camera man is just showing you how many people of thie IT city arrived here ..Here most of the IT companies declared a holiday today and at our studio Mr Y from X company will  tell you how IT is supporting Indian democracy by giving an extra holiday ….”..Mr Y started giving all super “gyan “..and I went to another channel..

“We are at  Z localily of south Bangalore, where this person does not believe in a system where people elects on the basis of caste, god, religion..” I got some interest because getting this kind of person is bangalore is really rare…Here people shows off always,how much they love their god..Anyways that person talked nicely , but I doubt how many votes he would get from these god lovesr, caste biased people..

I went to another channel, where a TV reporter was taking an interview of another candidate of a small town of Karnataka , and he was talking all bull**** about many irritating things..tradiotn, culture,,and how he does not drink anything other than milk, how many times he performss his daily rituals..and the TV reporter was holding the mouth speaker with  a pleasant smile..

I finally switched the TV off………The news channels are showing the greatest,funniest reality shows these days..

But Indian Government should put some restriction, I believe..

In my opnion , news papers & news channels should not be sold off like this..they are our messangers in this democracy..They cannot a support some party even in a passive way.

I hate to see any party’s advertisement by any way on the TV..Choosing someone is our right, thats completely on us, an AD  song about that party is always exaggerating & misleading ..we the educated people of India will never vote you unless we know you well, unless you build the faith in us that you also love our India  like we do..

and there lies the voice of the youth ..:-)
