When I was a child, I used to consider him ,3 days younger than me..though I knew he was much older…later when I grew up & used to watch him smiling “dil se “ , I used to feel very happy for him.. I always think he is sooo genuine. he is so honest..when he talks , he looks so dignified. He is the only celebrity who never did any drama for personal benifit , a clean character & a honest husband of Madame Anjali , he maintains true professionalism , never ever mixed his personal life with other things..

 When he receives some award, I feel so proud…On the Cricket Battle ground I always feel he doesn’t present himself,. but the millions of Indian hearts those love him most…

 

He still looks so down to earth though he achieved so many awards–

Padma Vibhushan,Wisden Cricketer of The Year, Padma Shri, Arjuna Award, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna..

On a personal note :

You grow older, you get more award,..but you are still my childhood hero (whom I kept on the 1st page cover of my notebook,on the cover of my text books,as the sticker on the wall above my study table….I have a huge collection of your photos , posters,news paper cuts in  a file , from the time when you were 17 years old & I was a child  )

 

 

 

We love you, we adore you. You have a golden heart..achieve more success..sky is the limit..

24^th April, every year I wish you a very happy birthday, since my childhood days  I have never missed it….:-)
